Infection: These symptoms could be due to a urianry tract as well as a kidney stone that is passing.  See your physician as soon as possible so that appropriate therapy may be started.

i had a ct 5 days ago and 3 x-rays today pelvis/abdomen flank pain all normal. dr wants another ct with and w/o contrast done. is this a cancer risk?

Yes but: The reason the doc wants the xrays may well out weigh the risk of having the test done. I believe the risk is worth the knowledge of what is going on. You may well enough information to prevent further or disease that is present.

Could be disc/nerve.: This can be unrelatred to your ana, etc..  It sounds like a compressed/pinched nerve due to a herniated disc, etc..  You might need an MRI of your spinal column, and/or other tests in order to confirm it, and even then it might be very slight, but enough to cause your symptoms.  See your doctor/neurologist for these and other tests.  Best of luck!

Need more details: Testis torsion must always be suspected with sudden onset testicular pain, specially if lower abdomen hurts. See urologist, family dr. Or go to emergency room asap if pain severe. Testis torsion, if present, should be corrected asap or risk loss!

? testis tiorson: Contraction of the cremaster muscle lifts the testicle so that it is pulled up. Needs to be seen asap if there is pain, otherwise suggest you see a urologist. Occasionally a small procedure to divide cremaster muscle (which you don't need) is indicated for such problems.Trial injection of local anesthesthetic into spermatic cord to relieve symptom should help to confirm need for such a procedure.
