Heart problem: When hit in the chest by a tennis ball injury can be just the chest wall or there can be some injury to the heart. No way to know from out here. Best to get checked.

Yes: I am assuming you are talking about a lipoma which is a benign fatty tumor. Regardless any mass the size of a tennis ball should be looked into. To answer your question yes it could cause pain. It can be putting pressure on a nerve or structure which could hurt. If its a lipoma then outpatient procedure.

: Medicare should cover it. Tight. Underwear may reduce the symptoms.  You can also go back to the surgeon who originally did the surgery and he may give discount. Hope it helps.
