Trouble: Hernia and inflammation!
may have bowel compromised, or dead fat caught in the defect.
Seek care now this can cause peritonitis and very ill.
There are a couple of other possibilities but these are dangerous.

Few possibilities: My guess is that it is an abdominal wall muscle strain, and it will resolve within a few days. Perhaps it will resolve after your next bowel movement. Some more serious internal disorders would be appendicitis, diverticulitis, twisting or volvulus of the intestine. If the pain is associated with fever, vomiting, diarrhea, very severe colicky pain, then obviously check with your doctor.

Many things: Many things can cause this kind of symptom. For example issues with your gallbladder, congenital problems or previous surgical procedures that are causing the bowel to become more narrow, meckel diverticulum, kidney stones. But there is no way to know without a thorough interrogation, physical examination and probably laboratory or image studies.

They may begin after missed period.
