Joint line pain or: The hinge where your femur meets your tibia will be tender and can click or catch typically on the inside. Clicking and catching are two positive tests for a meniscus tear. The patfem joint is the joint around your kneecap.  If you have swelling in your knee, joint line pain and a history of an injury the likelihood of a meniscus tear is more significant.

Could be a sprain: You could have a sprain or bursitis, but it should be checked if pain continues.

Yes: It depends on the effective of gout in the joint that causes the damage. Residual damage can cause pain. Eventually as the healing occurs the pain can resolve.

I recommend : A podiatry visit. This can be a number of things including an infection, gout, bursitis. Without seeing it, i could not tell you which is more likely.

Morning : Morning stiffness, particularly of small joints, is a classic symptom of rheumatoid arthritis. Your fmd should be able to run the tests needed to see if this or another type of arthritis is causing your symptoms.

elbow tenderness  & pain at the joint; bothers when i stretch arm or leave it in the same position. i've had for over a month. what is it-what to do?

Many possibilities: Has there been injury?  Or any history of arthritis?  Without these, the most likely explanation is tendonitis.  I recommend an evaluation by a sports medicine specialist, for exam and x-rays.  Currently, you could try motrin, ice/heat alternating, and night-time neutralization bracing.  Wrap your arm with a pillow and sleep with it cushioned and semi-straight at your side.

can i perform pullups with acromioclavicular discomfort? the tenderness is felt above and posterior to the joint in question and only when pressed on.

Arthralgia: No. You need to take a break and take some ibuprofen, if you have no contraindications. Indeed, see your healthcare provider if these simple measures do not help.

: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. PAD is unlikely at your age. You may use the internet to learn how to feel your pedal pulses and if the pulses are okay, it would alleviate your concern for PAD.
