Craniotomy Fusion: I don't know where your information about a craniotomy fusion came from, but the best way to get fusion is to stabilize motion. A temporal craniotomy is under the temporal muscle. Chewing can cause movement of the flap and subsequent non fusion. Most modern fixations are metal and generate an immediate fixation of the craniotomy flap to the cranium offering the best potential for union.

Neuralgia: Sharp,shooting, fleeting pains in that area are characteristic of neuralgia which is an irritability of a superficial scalp nerve, is more of a nuisance and tends to resolve on its own. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a physician or neurologist for evaluation and advice.

Stroke vs. Tumor: You need to get an MRI now.  You could either have a stroke or a mass.  You don't have a bleed (cause the ct scan is better at showing bleeds...They are very bright)....But you may have a stroke or a mass in the region of the brain.  That is why you are weak/paralyzed on the right side...The lesion is on the left parietal side (controls the right arm/leg).

Referred pain: Problematic wisdom teeth can refer pain to other nearby areas of the head. That is not to say that you might not also have an ear infection or other medical issue. See your dentist for an evaluation who may also refer you to your physician.

could the condylar process of left side cause the temporal bone,sphenoid bone and occipital bones to fracture with a really strong uppercut punch?i feel like when i chew those bones are mobile. its been 3 months since assault and it hasnt improved?

Suggest: You may need to see a dentist who focuses on TMJ problems.  Additional X-rays could include a CT scan of the jaw.  An oral surgeon could provide insight, and a dental splint might be palliative.
