pressure in left side of head last few days,also feel pressure on teeth in upper left jaw and some pain around left eye socket. a few dizzy spells too?

Pain and dizzyness: Could be dental (infection, TMJ dysfunction),  or medical issues (ear infection, sinus infection, tumor, etc). There is no way to make a diagnosis without a clinical examination.
Make an appointment to see your physician. If there are no medical issues, visit your dentist.

grinding teeth (anxious)  & had to cough , when i did , felt dull ache in back of head . how could i relieve the ache? massage ?

Teeth grinding: Grinding can wear teeth flat, fracture them, damage the bone that supports the teeth, and damage jaw joints.  Talk to you Dentist about occlusal orthotic, heat, relaxation exercises, evaluation of your occlusion. muscle relaxants, massage therapy, and referral to a therapist for your anxiety.

hi. bumped head on wall , tiny bump has healed but can't quit grinding teeth (i have tmj) that same area aches now . ideas on wht it is? how to treat?

See DDS for Eval: Bruxism (grinding teeth) is not a dangerous disorder. However, it can cause permanent damage to the teeth and uncomfortable jaw pain. See dentists who have more experience in evaluating bruxism and treating TMJ.

Appliance, etc.: Nighttime appliance can help; change in pillow may help. Stress reduction, or improved response to your stress can help.  Decrease caffeine.

Ophthomologist: There are some benign causes for your symptoms, but there are also some concerning causes. The more acute this is, the more it needs to be evaluated. Ed if visual disturbance and or pain with light and/or high fever are more concerning. Ed or ophthamologist are appropriate.

Yes: Infection in the eye socket is usually obvious with redness, swelling and discharge (mostly pus) around and behind the artificial eye.  Testing is only needed if there seems to be poor response to treatment and an unusual organism is the cause.  Good hygiene, especially of the prosthetic eye is important.  Start with your ocularist and you may need to see an oculoplastic ophthalmologist.

Trauma?: You must have rubbed the area without realizing for the result is soft tissue trauma. As long as vision and movement of the eyeball is fine use some heat and alternate with ice for resolution

No: Veins may fluctuate with respiration, position, but not normal to pulsate.

High blood pressure?

Irritation of the: one of the cranial nerve in the area from sneezing. Probably the change in sensation in the area is temporary. If it persists see your doctor.
