hi i'm 18 and last thursday i got two teeth taken and out and then a few days ago i started to feel sick and everytime i stand up or do anything i lose my balance and getting really dizzy also feel really nasueous should i be concerned?

Vertigo+: Your symptoms may be due to a post-extraction infection, but more likely due to a systemic infection completely unrelated to your extractions.  Please contact the Dentist or specialist Oral Surgeon who treated you for a post-surgical reevaluation.  If problem unrelated to the extractions your Dental Practitioner will refer you to the proper venue for treatment.

extreme pain in neck and back of head with numbness and tingling  in face mouth and head dizzyness, disoriented, no balance. not migrain what is it?

CervicogenicHeadache: Is a very common headache secondary to neck involvement. Cervicogenic headache is a unilateral pain provoked by neck movement or by pressure on the neck. These headache patients usually had a reduced cervical range of motion in association with the headache, dizziness, parasthesias. Rec.: see orofacial pain or headache specialist for evaluation and treatment.

Infection: If teeth or gums/bone are infected can cause all sorts of systemic problems.  Please see dentist asap re:  "root issues."  please see physician asap re:  dizziness."  you can't fix this yourself...Get help.

Not usually: Although wisdom teeth have been known to affect the ears.
Best to see an oral surgeon or an ENT specialist to evaluate the dizziness.

Some of the possible causes related to the head and neck and region may include a TMJ problem, dental infections, and wisdom teeth.  You should have a thorough evaluation to determine the cause of your symptoms.

Possibly: Dizziness and headaches may be associated with wisdom teeth, however many other conditions can also cause dizziness and headaches.  See your doctor.  After obtaining a complete history and physical exam, your doctor may refer you to an oral surgeon, order tests, and/or refer you to a neurologist.  Antibiotics may be needed if there is any infection near the wisdom tooth.

No: No. Dizziness could be an equilibrium problem. You should have your ears evalauted by an ENT physiciain.

Get checked.: At your age, it is important to get checked, to find out why this is happening. There are several possible causes, including narrowing of your arteries, arthritic changes in your spine pressing on nerves, etc.  Can't say without an exam and the appropriate testing. It's important that you get checked, so treatment can be undertaken if needed, In the meantime, avoid the movements that cause it.
