No, you cannot get your period while pregnant.  If you get your period while pregnant, you either aren't pregnant or it wasn't your period.

They respond to a wide variety of stimuli in the body e.g. gastroenteritis, in the brain e.g. migraines or rotational movement or vestibular mismatch, &amp; systemically e.g. cancer chemotherapy.

You need to have a full workup to make sure you don't have anemia and check your sedimentation rate for inflammatory condition known as polymyalgia rheumatica and vitamin d levels.

Being overheated: Take your temperature.  If it is high, that is greater than 101.3 than you need to take steps to get it down and also identify the cause. If you do have a fever, and are dizzy, see your doctor immediately, get hydrated and try taking Acetaminophen if you aren't allergic or have liver problems and can hold it down.

Check your temp!: Sounds like a simple case of viral gastroenteritis (aka: stomach flu).  Monitor your temp (shouldn't be over 102 and not for more than 3-4 days. Eat light (brat diet: bananas, rice, applesauce, toast) till bowels firm up.  Consider a probiotic (ie. Align).  Give it 4-5 days then see your pcp if no better.

Tough question.: Dizzy, tired and nauseated are three of the primary care physicians most dreaded symptoms because they often do not have an identifiable cause and the list of things that can cause them goes on forever.  These symptoms will require a thorough exam, blood work and potentially imaging or additional focussed studies to help limit the possibilities.
