Hard to say: Inner thigh pain can be from almost anything as so many things are there. Problems can be from muscles, bones, skin, blood vessels and nerves, or combinations. Possible thyroid: Deficiency. Tsh levels increase if the thyroid does not make sufficient thyroxine. You also need to look at your free T4 levels and if that is low, your doctor may put you on thyroxine replacement.
