HOW MUCH?: If it's enough alcohol to really disturb your functioning question the wisdom of your drinking. If it's one drink, why not?
Check and see what you're doing with alcohol. It may be unimportant to you health, but if there are doubts you may want to check into it, TB test aside.

Likely normal: Induration( thickness) is considered positive depending on the size measured in mm. Erythema(redness)  is not considered as a positive result .Talk to your doctor regarding the final interpretation.

Almost nothing: If you are referring to the standard PPD TB skin test, usually there are no side effects although rarely a very strong reaction can occur which may cause ulceration.

See below: A positive PPD is determined by the presence of swelling(induration) around the injection site.  Little or no swelling indicates a negative test.  Reddness is not used to determine a neg or pos test.

Yes, I think so.: It may not be an absolute certainty, but i would advise the physician of the fact that there was a primary complex diagnosed and treated (assuming it was) either before the TB test or at the time of results if they are positive. I have never had positive results, but i was told that i had a primary complex - i always tell them the history just to be informationally complete. Best!

A positive: Tb test is associated with elevation you can feel at the injection site -- not likely to be a discrete bubble.  Redness doesn't count -- you have to feel something.

Needs to be: palpated. Ball point pen test can feel for underlying induration that is not visible as a "bubble".

Yes: If there is no raised area which measures at least 5 mm in diameter the test should be considered negative.
