Most countries: have SUICIDE PREVENTION " HOT LINES"....helping your friend to speak with one of the workers on such lines (Many Community based  such lines exist in US and I would guess they also exist in Germany!

Asking Impossible: As I am sure you realize eating sanely through out the day is the most healthy way to eat food.  Fasting and then eating large meals is the worse health choice you can be making.   There is no way around this fact.

As the manager, wouldn't it be prudent to institute as a role model sane eating and breaks for your employees to follow and see?

hi.my manager attended a meeting in an auditorium.we found out 5 days later that there was a team member at the meeting who tested positive for covid. he had no direct contact with the person.i was in contact with him.what does this mean for me?

State of pandemic: There are numerous guidelines and protocols to focus upon who needs testing and when.  However, you are best advised if asymptomatic, to quarantine if you did have contact with infected person.  The US CDC now is recommending 10 days.  If you fulfill your local protocols, would get the PCR, not the "rapid" due to better accuracy.  Hopefully, these comments are overly cautious.

Medications: it is your personal information and you are not legally bound to provide that information if you don't want to. Some times there may be issues around restricted drugs in certain industries due to safety reasons and should be spelt out in your contracts.
