: It is okay. Washing with running water will remove the semen from your hands. It would be better to use soap and water.

Avoid irritants: Wear gloves to avoid dermatitis in reaction to the material. Try olive oil to remove the adhesive gently without tearing at the skin. 
Eventually with soap and water it will come off. Have a flu vaccination this year.

: Probably there was no risk from the "contaminated object", unless it was a dildo or similar object that had been inside the vagina or rectum of someone else within the previous minute or two. Even in that situation, the water rinse would have eliminated any risk. A negative RPR at 6 weeks is conclusive.

Depends...: ...On the type of peel. If it was a superficial (lactic or acetic or salicylic acid) peel, such as those you do yourself, yes - absolutely. Wash gently, don't use a harsh soap, and don't rub vigorously. For deeper peels, such as those done by doctors, follow the directions your doctor gave you.

Pasteurization: all bacteria are killed if you steam them for 10 minutes.
Don;t use an antibacterial soap.  That causes rash in many people and is completely unnecessary
