: It is unusual to ovulate regularly while on norethindrone, but if you are ovulating, and your "period" is regular , taking more progestin (Primolut or Micronor) will not stop the withdrawal bleeding from estrogen made in your ovaries if you are in fact ovulating.

Yes, I think so: I think these can be taken safely together.  It is a bit unusual to take aspirin and birth control together, but it is safe.  Vitamin B12 and fat burner &amp; tea are also not a problem.

Norethisterone: I presume you are taking the norethisterone as a progestin only birth control pill. The usual side effects are edema, weakness, anorexia, and irregular uterine bleeding. Other less common side effects are blood clots or thrombosis, depression, headache, breast tenderness, nausea, etc. The dosage of progestin only pills are generally smaller than the regular pills.
