Yes: Taking Aspirin (250 mg in each excedrin extra strength) everyday can cause stomach irritation and lead to a feeling of bloating and indigestion. The tylenol (acetaminophen) probably would not cause bloating unless you got to the point if liver injury. I would avoid taking it as an everyday pain medication and speak to you physician regarding a long term alternative.

Stomach ulcers: First you need to determine what type of headaches that you might be experiencing. To continue to use excedrin on a daily schedule, may lead to many other problems.   Excedrin contains aspirin/nsaid, which in turn can cause peptic ulcers in addition to making our platelets less functional for a period of time.  This can lead to  bleeding abnormalities.

Are you  feeling: suicidal? Do you want to die by a slow route? Please forgive me if this is not the case, but I am concerned by your question. If you are having thoughts about killing yourself,  get seen at the nearest emergency room now. Have a friend or relative drive you or call 911 for emergency services for transport. is it ok to take 1 tablet of excedrin migraine every day? usually wake up in the middle of the night with a headache and take one excedrin migraine ( i have had migraine since i was 22 now 57 but not as bad any more)

Any : Any headache that actually wakes you out of a sound sleep is very worrisome.  It is a symptom that needs a visit to a physician and a thorough work up, possibly including MRI of the brain and eeg.  If the work up is negative, then taking a tablet of Excedrin migraine daily is ok.

Well: Everyone is different.  So far you are doing OK.  At some point in life the results will not be the same.  There is no crystal ball as to how long you can keep this up.  Speak with your doctor and get bloodwork done regularly (at least once a year) to see any trends that may be happening.

Not Recommended: I would avoid excedrin as the medication contains Aspirin which should be avoided in pregnancy, especially with headaches occur so frequently. Best to discuss with your doctor..

Developing : Developing a headache can occur after donating blood.  It is recommended that you hydrate well for 24 to 48 hours after donating blood and avoid strenuous activity for at least five hours.   If you develop  signs of a possible infection (i.e.,  fever, headache or sore throat) within four days of  donating, contact the donor center. This way in case you have an infection, the blood wonâ€™t be used and it wonâ€™t be transmitted to anyone else.

: Aspirin taken occasionally can relieve headaches, but when taken daily, aspirin overuse headaches are known to occur. NSAID meds like advil or aleve are less apt to cause pain medication overuse headaches. I recommend being evaluated by a neurologist with special interest in headache treatments or visit a headache clinic for accurate diagnosis &amp; best treatment.

Not a good idea: You didn't say why you are doing this.  4 regular Excedrin gives you the maximum recommended dose of acetaminophen, which if taken frequently can harm your liver.  You are also getting 1000mg. Of aspirin, which is more than the 650mg. Recommended dose.  This interferes with blood clotting and can cause ulcers.  Finally you are getting about as much caffeine as 4 cups of coffee.  Not recommended.
