but it can cause side effects likeincreasein heart rate, palpitations, increse in blood pressure and several other unpleasant side effects.

Appetite suppresion: Is the intent. It has an amphetamine like reaction. Taking before and apart from meals works best. Be careful. Can have side effects.

: Phentermine is chemically related to amphetamine and is a controlled substance. More than likely you are on methadone either for cancer pain or for treatment post drug addiction. Therefore you should not be prescribed other controlled medication such as phentermine. Also, phentermine and methadone can rarely cause a complication called serotonin syndrome.

Yes but why?: If one needs anti-anxiety medications such as ssri's for an anxiety disorder than using Phentermine may not be appropriate as anxiety is one of the most common side effects and can cause panic episodes. Please discuss with your doctor.

Plexus Slim is: Reported to be a 'natural' supplement that enhances weight loss. Apidex- p (phentermine) is a stimtulant  that suppresses appetite.  I recommend weight loss the old fashioned way for my patients- exercise ; healthy eating w portion control.  I am concerned that you feel the need to be on two different types of weight loss programs at the same time.

Yes: There are no known interactions between the 2, but both are schedule i'v drugs which means they have some potential for abuse/dependence and are not indicated for long term usage.
