Depression &amp;Bupropio:    Some people begin to feel better quickly but others may take a month or more to notice any change. You should let your prescribing physician know if you don't feel any better, if you feel worse or if you have any suicidal ideation so your Dr. can adjust your medication. 
   If you feel sedated take it at bedtime, conversely if you feel energized take it in the AM but consult your prescriber 1st

Wellbutrin (bupropion) SR: Wellbutrin (bupropion) sr is usually started at 150 mg once in the morning for 3 days and then increased to twice a day (2nd dose before 2pm to avoid possible insomnia). If used for mood, once a day may suffice based on certain studies. If used for nicotine dependence, 2x/day has shown to be much more efficacious. Please follow your doctor's order or discuss options with him/her before making adjustments.

Seizure: Both anorexics and bulimics can have electrolyte (salt) abnormalities which can make you more likely to have a seizure.  Buproprion + electrolyte abnormality = increased likelihood of seizure. In addition, buproprion suppress appetite a little bit.  If you have anorexia, you shouldn't take anything that would suppress your appetite since you already are not eating enough. I.

Highly variable: these drugs are designed to be released over the course of 12 hours (sustained release drugs in general) or 24 hours (XL or extended release drugs).  However, this is an average, and in some people it may be somewhat longer or shorter.  It's the reason one of them is dosed once daily and the other twice daily.

Yes wellbutrin (bupropion) dose: Wellbutrin (bupropion) comes in 3 forms: immediate release (IR), 12hour release (SR) and 24 hour (XL).  There is a small risk of seizure if blood levels rise too high so guidelines suggest that IR doses shouldn't exceed 150mg spaced 6-8 hours apart;  SR can be up to 200mg spaced 6-8 hours apart;  XL can take 450mg once daily.  Total daily doses above 450mg are generally not recommended.

Might not feel it.: You may not feel any difference.  If you were on wellbutrin (bupropion) xl (extended release) 300mg one tablet per day - it is a once a day medication. 2 doses of wellbutrin (bupropion) sr (slow release) is would just be over two doses.

Yes: I googled viviscal. It's a multiple vitamin with "proprietary marine amino acids" (i.e. Fish protein). You would do as well eating a fish! you can take them together - there's no reported interaction.
