Hard to tell: Unfortunately, this would have to be addressed in a face to face setting with a doc. It's not clear what causes your stomach to protrude and how fixable the condition is without actually seeing you and doing a work up.

Completely : Completely elective c-sections are being done across the globe. You have an additional reason to want one. If, after discussing the risks and benefits with your current OB you are unsatisfied, you still have time to find another OB or at least get a second opinion.

Depends: I assume you're asking if you cangive birth naturally with these things going on, because yes, you can cary a pregnancy.  Childbirth is different question.  It depends on which vertebrae were affected and where and how extensive your surgery was as to how the birth process may be affected. Low lumbar or sacral problems may have some bearing on your mode of delivery. Talk with OB and spine doctors.

Frequently yes: There are many ways to fracture the spine.  Most fractures will heal with time.  Often bracing is used to help stabilize the bone to assist healing.  There are certain types of fractures where surgery is recommended, but this determination should probably be made by a spine specialist such as an orthopedic surgeon or neurosurgeon.
