You can't: This is probably fairly common, and it's moot. Just get better. Nobody's going to assay for a miniscule dose of a staph or bacillary toxin that's not usually assayed-for anyway.

: You should get in touch with your dermatologist to ask what you should do next since that doctor knows you best. It is unclear why you stopped the doxy after 1 month-were you having a side effect? So, call your dermatologist for advice. You may need to be seen again for a re-assessment of your acne. Good luck!

Especially if distress persists, or is accompanied by bleeding, worsening pain, lightheadedness, or development of vomiting or fever, then get a good examination with appropriate testing for reassurance and/or treatment.
