i am experiencing tingling/like pins and needles in my body. pain is felt especially on the right side from the back to the feet. i had similar symptoms before and its getting worse. mri scan was done reporting left l4/5 and right l5/s1 synovial cyst?

Follow up with Dr.: The neurologist can evaluate and may order an imaging scan if another is needed. A physical medicine doctor can also help. If there is a lesion on the scan that needs surgical treatment, a neurosurgeon gets involved. These cases sometimes are helped by second opinions. Situations are too complex for a public forum.

See details: It depends if it is causing symptoms. A synovial cyst does not necessarily require treatment. If it does, a pain specialist can aspirate the cyst and inject it with cortisone under fluoroscopic guidance.

Tarlov cysts: Tarlov cysts or perineural cysts are collections of fluid around nerves.   Most doctors consider them "incidental findings" on an mri, meaning that they are just there, but not causing any symptoms.  I have seen a very small number of cases of very large cysts that i thought were causing some nerve pain--but it is very unusual.

Doctor can evaluate: Difficulty urinating can be a sign of nerve compression when a person already knows she has disc herniation in her spine. That means one should not wait, but should get checked out by a neurologist or at an E.R.

Symptoms: Those are MRI findings you recited. More importantly what type of symptoms are you having? When did you injure your back? How did you injure your back?
Tarlov cysts at the sacral level are usually not pathologic . Fractures of the pars interarticularis are not necessarily painful. 
See your primary care doc for eval, Physical Therapy, Core strengthing, diet , good sleep regimine, for starters

See a specialist: The decription sounds like an unstable situation  however we would need to know more about the exam and how it is affecting your ability to do things like move legs, control bowel and/or bladder. Position sense. Etc? I would recomend a spine surgeon review.

Yes, but....: Having another surgery is an option, but you should try conservative treatment like physical therapy first if you are having pain. Every time that you have surgery, you create more scar tissue. Before proceeding with surgery again, you should get a second opinion from another neurosurgeon or orthopedist.

Spine issue: The bones of the spinal column (vertebra) are not properly lined up. A retrolithesis  means that one vertebra is pushed back a little bit. The back of each vertebra has an up and down opening. The spinal cord passes through this opening. "Non neurally compressive" means that while one of the vertebra is out of position, it isn't pushing on the spinal cord.
