Depression?: Depression can impair concentration. Although it shouldn't cause memory loss per se, it often causes apathy (lack of interest), which might mean less things to remember. 
Also, are you taking any prescription meds that might impair memory? If the near-syncope is not caused by medication, you may need to be checked for an adrenal problem.

dx'd with neurocardiogenic syncope! is florinef (fludrocortisone) a safe long term drug? should. i see an electro physiologist?

at my grandmas rehab center, id see that the aids did all the work and the lpns told them what to do, and the rns passed out drugs. is that the way its done?

Different work: There are multiple kinds of "work" in a rehab center or hospital.  Some of this you never see, or may not recognize as "work".  Making sure the medications are correctly prepared, documented, and given is work also.  Different training, different responsibilities and tasks.

Panic attacks: Adequate treatment of panic attacks should fix the problem.  If it persists then further evaluation is necessary.  There are many treatments for anxiety so talk to your physician.

what are sedation drugs commonly used in colonoscopy?my bp dropped from 113/70 to 70/40 and nurse said i passed out.is it likely due to drug reaction?

Colonoscopy : BP drops with colonoscopy are not unusual. The neuroleptanalgesia used can easily cause BP drops.

was given 2 mgs lorazapam by mistake and i think i passed out and possibly hallucinated is that possible do not normally take any drugs but advil (ibuprofen). ?

Lorazepam: Lorazepam is a very strong sedative. That large of a dose, enough to sedate a horse, was probably too much for your system.  I would not recommend that you repeat the experience.

i walked a few feet away from a pile of vomit on a sidewalk (next to a homeless person seemingly passed out from drugs), then walked around the house in my shoes where my toddler plays. no hep a vaccine yet. could she get hep a from this?

sometimes my heart beats 109-112 per min. saw cardiologist did ekg and 24 hr holter monitor. everything came back normal. no thyroid problems, no hbp, no diabetes or overweight, not pregnant, no drugs or alcohol. no pain, sob, fainting etc. am i ok?

: It is normal for the heart to go up that way if you are are doing any of a number of things. I would count heart rate  your self rather than relying on an electronic device. Count pulse at wrist and count for a full 60sec would keep a diary to see if you can identify what might be increasing heart rate: heat, smoking, exercise, eating etc. Then discuss with Dr again and share your diary.

No: Probably not -- but you can certainly hurt yourself as a result of syncope so i would strongly recommend that you address the matter if you have syncope.

Syncope triggers: The triggers for syncope depends on the type of syncope. For vasovagal or neurocardiogenic syncope the common triggers are dehydration and stimulants like caffeine, nicotine, decongestants and dietary aides or supplements. As always talk your doctor for more details.
