None to many: Some liver problems do not have any symptom at all and found accidentally . Common liver problem presentations are nausea , vomiting , weakens , yellow urine , eye  and  skin . Sometimes , itching . When liver disease advance , you may have distended belly due to fluid in the peritoneum . There are numerous signs and symptoms depending on the cause  and the effect it has on various organ -system.

Other possibilities : It could be gall bladder, lungs, muscular, other?  See a doctor for a physical evaluation and perhaps labs or imaging studies as judged appropriate by your doctor.

Hormonal symptoms: "pregnancy" symptoms are from pregnancy hormones but these symptoms can occur if hormone levels are different from usual. Bloating often occurs with high estrogen levels which can occur from ovarian cysts. This can also delay a menses. If an ovary makes extra estrogen and progesterone, then tender breasts or nausea and a delayed menses may occur.

STDs & pelvic pain : Abdominal pain has many causes, and chlamydia has many different manifestations. You received a proper treatment, but that doesn't prove "cure."  a vaginal chlamydia culture to look for treatment failure, an exam by a good doctor, and an ultrasound of the pelvis (if desired by your doc) are good ways to go.

Vasectomy problem: Would be sure that vasectomy demonstrated negative sperm on at least two occasion.  Re-canalization of the vas is a very uncommon event but should be checked with a simple semen analysis.

1. Right upper abdominal swelling and/or pain
2. Unexplained bruising of the skin
3. Yellowing of the eyes and/or skin
4. Clay colored stools.

Acute hepatitis can produce nausea and vomiting, right upper abdominal pain and tenderness.  If you have been exposed to something about which you are worried, see your local doctor.

See your doctor: Fatty liver comes from drinking alcohol (beer, wine, and liquor) as well as obesity.  Avoid eating fatty foods and drinking alcohol.  If you have bloating or fluid built up in your abdomen (ascites), you may be having liver problems.  Your doctor can check your blood work as well as exam you and review your history.

my b12 levels are always 1200-1300 and my alanine levels are high. does it neccesarily mean something is wrong with the liver?

Maybe: Elevated B12 means nothing. You're making more of the binder protein for some reason. Nobody measures alanine, but if your alanine amino transferase (ALT / SGPT) levels are up, you'll want to know why -- if it's not alcohol, you may have a medication allergy, a viral hepatitis, iron overload, Wilson's, autoimmune hepatitis, or it may be your body's way of asking for more exercise.
