Sorry : Sorry to hear there. You pain shouldn't be getting worse. If it is you need to see a physician. However the pain may last for several weeks depending on the size of hematoma and  it should slowly and certainly decrease as time goes by.

: A cough can increase the intrabdominal pressure , also a strain on the operative site causing / bleeding/ oozing. Best to let the surgeon know and see. Hope you feel better

Rarely: This is a bleeding point underneath a nail, usually from trauma.  Much of the pain is due to the trauma but the blood can also cause discomfort.  If persistent, you can have the blood drained by having your doctor open a hole through the nail allowing the blood to exit.  This is actually a painless procedure.

chronic or 15 days or more after onset: headaches, dizziness, memory loss, sleepiness, occasional seizures.

Not long.: A hematoma (collection of blood) that develops on the septum of the nose after trauma. If left untreated it can cause a loss of blood supply and destruction of the septum .Drainage to prevent permanent destruction of the septum is the treatment of choice. It take about 1-2 weeks to go away after the surgery.

: Typically immediately following significant head trauma.  The "delayed" subdural, emerging several days to weeks subsequent to injury is far less common.

Requires examination: you are quite young for either issue unless involved in aggressive anal penetration or issues with constipation. Close your computer and make an appointment to be examined.

As long as no neuro: As long as you're having no neurological symptoms such as vision changes, I would not worry.  It should resolve in a few more days.  If it doesn't, or if neurologic symptoms appear, see your PCP
