The hymen : The hymen  is a circular ring near the opening of the vagina. Contrary to popular cultural mythology most hymenal rings are open just fine the first time someone has  intercourse. It stretches and tears at various spots that are likely unrecognizable to the untrained eye. Overthinking the appearance of the hymenal ring  is likely to be unproductive.

Need exam to clarify: To me, an intact hymen does not look like a third set of labia, so a photo or exam is necessary to clarify what you are concerned about.  Generally, there is only scant bleeding with rupture of the hymen but it also depends on cause.    Many girls that are virgins use tampons which gradually stretch the hymen, and may not experience any bleeding with first episode of intercourse.

: Any additional force, including "high pressure" water used for masturbation, can cause a tear in the "hymenal" tissue, with resultant bleeding.  Sexual intercourse or insertion of instruments into the vagina can disrupt the tissue of the hymen.

: Blood coming from any site implies tissue injury. Whether tis is from a scratch/tear or abrasion would require a direct exam. Some women are born without a hymen and many injure it in non sexual trauma. You are a virgin until you have partner sex. If the bleeding has stopped and you feel okay, I wouldn't worry about it.

Hymen: No, the woman's hymen is not affected by external pressure on the clitoris or urethra, although pregnancy is still possible, even without rupture of hymen (vaginal opening), or penetration ("intercourse").
