Infection: This may be in the infection of the G.I. Tract that you got in jamaica even a parasitic infection or unusual bacteria infection . Usually this gives diarrhea not constipation another possibility is a problem with your bile either with a gallstone or pancreatic trouble need a case for all these reasons you should see your doctor or a gastroenterologist.

Doctor can evaluate: If a normal, healthy person has unusual changes in stool consistency, color, or frequency, he should record the symptoms on a large calendar, and review it with his primary care doctor. Include on the calendar what foods were eaten each time the stool got green, what activities were done, what meds were taken, what drinks, etc...  Sometimes gall bladder problems cause changes in stool color.

Something you ate: most likely it is something you ate try to eat yogurt sometime it help resume your own intestinal flora and it might have some effect on the stool color as long as you do not have fever or diarrhea or bleeding do not worry about it

Not if she is better: Dark green stool can be ok. Fever x 3 days can be virus....She needs to drink..Many children have decreased thirst when sick. If she is peeing ojk then no worries, if not and she is getting worse than see your doctor.

Yes: Ibs is usually a reflection of poor diet.  The nervous system of the bowel is very complex.  If sugar figures high in your diet cease taking it and take a supplement of b complex vitamins plus a multivitamin.

Likely no problem,,: The stool may be due to your diet more than anything else.  Although there are exceptions, you're not nearly at the age that this presents and you've got no other symptoms like fatigue and weight loss.  If you're still concerned, see your doctor and discuss the screening guidelines for colonoscopy and other tests.  Best of luck.

So rare: You are more likely to get hit by a bus today than have colon cancer at your age. I'm not sure what symptoms other than "no blood" you refer to, as most colon cancers have no symptoms. If you are having abdominal pains, fullness, nausea, etc - then you should see doctor as there are literally hundreds of conditions other than cancer that could cause symptoms in abdomen.
