Neck swelling/swallo: Swelling of neck and if it is very big it may cause difficulty in swallowing and if it is toxic goiter it may give bulging eyeballs, tremors, weight loss, rapid heart beat and palpitation, heat intolerance.
Ang if it is associated with hypothyroidism it will cause sluggishness, weight gain, cold intolerance, dry skin and depression.

That is what it sounds like: I'm not clear what all of your code letters are, people with Hashimoto's thyroiditis have antibodies against thyroid tissue. You need an evaluation to see if these antibodies have affected the thyroid gland. Sometimes in this setting you can have an underactive thyroid and other times you can have an overactive thyroid. An evaluation by your physician or endocrinologist to help clarify your issues
