Deconditioning: Is likely contributing to your extreme fatigue. Gradual physical therapy should be part of your recovery routine aside from possible medicine adjustments as needed. You suffered life threatening complications following your surgery ( somewhat typical otherwise) and  time should be allowed for recovery.

Could be: Related to your anemia.  It depends on how low your iron stores are.  Hopefully they have performed a pelvic ultrasound to help diagose what is occuring.  You possibly will need iron infusions, depending on how low your iron levels are.  Make sure to take your iron medication with orange juice to help the absorption.  Good luck!

Variety of causes: A variety of disorders can result in a blood clot within the heart. These range from genetic disorders to trauma to cancer syndromes.  Most clots dissolve after a few months with heparin, but others need to be surgically removed. Blood thinners are usually continued at least 6 months, but sometimes indefinitely for the rest of the patient's life, depending on the cause of the clot.

The 2 most common causes are atrial fibrillation (clots form in the atria or upper chambers because of the abnormal rhythm) and early in the setting of a large anterior - apical heart attack (clots form in the ventricle or lower chambers).
