Sounds fungal: Would need more background information as there are several potential causes for rash such as this.  However, ruling out fungal infection is at top of list. Coconut oil has good antimicrobial properties and may have helped calm an inflammatory reaction to the infection, but does not seem to have completed the task. Would see a physician to confirm and take antifungal medication.

Possible: Possibly heat rash.  Also may be fungal or even an allergic reaction or sensitivity to your underwear.  Consider chaffing gel, and cotton only underwear or boxers.  If fungal may benefit from over the counter fungal products.  If gets worse or persists, I would seek out an opinion from your family doc to get a look at it and possibly benefit from a prescription.

Pruritis: Itching is a manifestation of low grade pain, generally due to inflammation and can be produced by many stimuli, including infection, allergy, chemical disturbances such as liver disease, external influences producing skin irritation.  See your doctor for a full evaluation.
