Maybe not herpes: This doesn't sound like herpes, which may be why the zovirax (acyclovir) didn't work. You should see your doctor. Herpes can be diagnosed with a viral culture.

Margarita sore/ swel: May be an allergy. An  allergist can test . Also get the ingredients to determine  which component. Any issues with tequila/agave before or cointreau or oranges/beets?  Always have benedryl 2-3 pils on you and take when developing a reaction to anything . Avoid margueritas ( tequila/ cointreau)  for now f/u w/ allergist.

Probabably Viral: There are a few possiblities here including coxsackie , measles - if not vaccinated or other viral infections. The racing hart could be due to fever or inflammation of heart as well. You should see your doctor soon to get this checked out.
