: In the absence of injury these could be signs of an autoimmune disorder causing disturbance in circulation of oxygenated blood to your hand and finger.  I would consult a rheumatologist who may also want you to be evaluated by a vascular specialist.

Possibly broken: If someone has a finger that looks crooked 1 week after trauma it is very likely broken.  If by chance it isn't broken, it is likely there is a torn ligament or a dislocation involved.  I would recommend that that person go to the doctor and they most likely will need an xray to see what is going on.

Finger: It could be a finger sprain. It's not clear how it was injured. Did something fall on it or did you fall or did something else happen? When did it happen? If it was less than a week ago, then this could normal healing. It could also be something else such as a fracture. So it depends on how and when this injury occurred. X-rays would help determine if there has been a fracture.
