Anal Fissure: What you described suggest anal fissure. It would help to keep your stool soft to give the tears time to heal. Use a fiber laxative like Metamucil and drink enough water so that your urine is colorless. If it does not get better in three months after having consistently soft stools it would be time to see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex.

Yeast infection: Thrush, to be specific, is an oral infection with yeast. If you have a yeast infection (vulvovaginitis) there are several OTC preparations which may be effective. Contact your friendly pharmacist.

Of course not possible if not recently sexually active and exposed. In any case, get care ASAP, the sooner the better for accurate diagnosis amd most effective treatment.

Peri-anal lump: Could you be referring to fissures, fistula, abscess? Sexually transmitted disease (syphilis, gc, hiv, etc.) should be considered. Hemorrhoids ; rectal prolapse can appear as an outward bulging. Anal trauma of any kind may cause mechanical injury. Skin eruptions need to be considered. Evaluation is recommended to distinguish serious versus less concerning reasons for your problem as described.

You need: To go see you doctor to get these looked at.  They could be a variety of things.  If you have a discharge along with them it could be an infection.  You didn't say whether this was new or not.  However, I think the best thing to do is get it checked.  Take someone with you so you won't be embarrassed, the doctor won't be , we do this all the time.
