hello, my husband and i have been to barcelona and italy in 2 - 8 february 2020. i am worried that we might have contracted the virus without knowing. my only symptoms is a stuffy nose, swollen gland under my left armpit, and slight headache?

Likely infection:  This could be a viral or a bacterial infection.  Any fever? Any cough. If throat pain is severe &amp; if tonsils are significantly swollen may want to get checked for Strep throat. Mononucleosis can present with swollen glands.  It might even be a less typical expression of COVID. Consider  a consult with your doctor.

Best to see MD: It seems like you have one of the exanthematous childhood diseases like measles. It is best to see your md for precaution and proper diagnosis. It is fraught that childhood diseases when they happen in adults can have possibility of more complications, not necessarily that they happen.

No Sudaphed: Afrin will help with nasal congestion, &amp; when used correctly has little systemic effect. The drug alone can only be taken short time or stops working.  I suggest U ask physician for prescription of Fluticosone Propionate which sprayed in nostrils &amp; breathed in once daily can help U to take the meds longer.  Reasonable to test for flu &amp; take tamiflu if positive. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or ASA for other symptoms
