Now way 2 answer-: -with out an exam &amp; possible images. If it has been gradually getting bigger, make an appt with a thoracic surgeon. Most likely benign, but there R some benign tumors that R locally invasive, &amp; if not able 2 Dx on the visit, follow recommendations.

Gastric bubble: Most likely the bulge, that comes and goes, is your stomach. It is located under your left rib cage and can fill with gas, feeling like a large bubble. If the bulge, lump is bothering you, try belching to see if the bulge decreases.

Collarbone: Soft tissue swelling above collarbone would commonly be a lymph node.  Sometimes cystic structures or even a lipoma or something of that nature can present.You should be evaluated.

No as liver is on Rt: Side of the body. Your history of fibromyalgia is more likely to be the cause of it.
