Possible: If the prostate is inflammed because of prostatitis, the entire urine channel (urethra) could be inflammed, including the opening. Are you being treated for the prostatitis? Check again with your doctor in 1-2 weeks if it is still swollen

NO not at all: Swollen nodes in neck would have no connection with your prostatitisd. That is not possible as there is no connection between the prostate gland and the lymph nodes in the neck. Go get a doctor to check your neck and seek his/her advice.

: HSV infection does not cause that kind of pain. Groin pain can be a referred pain or pain due to problem with hip joint +/- the surrounding structures. A thorough physical exam +/- radiology test(s) may be necessary for the diagnosis. I am not sure why you thought of HSV infection or reactivation as the cause. Good luck.

Many causes: Your pain could represent many things.  Your vas deferens transports sperm from your testicles via your groin.  You may have a hernia if there is a bulge present.  Prostatitis is usually accompanied by fever, pelvic/rectal pain or pain when you urinate.  A burning sensation on your thigh is usually a result of a nerve problem.  I would recommend a physical exam to assess your problem.

i have been suffering from a weak urine stream lately knowing that i have been frequently masturbating for the past 3-4 years that's alongside some pain in the bladder area or basically the groin area could it be prostatitis although im too young?

: Weak urine stream at your age is not normal and it is less likely related to masturbation. Furthermore, you also have pain in the pubic area so prostate problem can't be rule out even for a teenager. You should be evaluated by a urologist. Good luck!
