Abscessed tooth: An abscessed  lower back tooth can cause swollen glands in the area you describe. Your glands (lymph nodes) swell up when they are fighting an infection in that area. This is what they are supposed to do. It is unlikely that you have ludwig's  angina. Regardless you need to see a dentist or an oral surgeon tomorrow morning. They may place you on an antibiotic to help shrink the infection.

See an ENT: Swollen lymph nodes (glands) can be due to a number of causes. The associated tiredness in the absence of flu symptoms is worrying. Please visit an ENT.

: The most benign condition would be a reactive LN or possible EBV.  My concern would be lymphoma however and I would urge you to see your PMD for a complete evaluation ASAP.

Check for sinusitis: Swollen glands in the neck are generally the result of chronic sinus drainage or other head and neck inflamation especially in young otherwise healthy individuals.  You should seek the attention of a medical doctor to better assess the situation or an ENT doctor.

YeS!: If not able to clean, wisdom teeth can get infected by oral bacteria (cavity).  This infection can spread into the salivary glands and glands below the tongue.  These glands can swell, causing difficulty swallowing.  Trying too hard to swallow can cause reflux symptoms.  Get those infected teeth out!  a dental problem can become a medical problem very quickly if they are not removed.

Fatigue &amp; swollen gl: Your symptoms  could  be due infectious mononucleosis  or other conditions,  you need to see your doctor for complete physical  exam &amp; work up.  Get plenty of rest, eat  healthy, drink plenty of fluids &amp; take your vitamins.  Fee better.

Viral Most Common: It is most likely a viral infection, which usually clears on its own within a week.  If the symptoms last longer, fever worsens, severe headache, skin rash, dark urine, thick mucous, cough productive of colored or bloody sputum, or difficulty breathing, see your doctor.
To relieve the sore throat, gargle frequently with warm or cold double-strength tea or warm salt water .  Wash hands often.

Neck Veins: If the vein sticking out is long term, that's your normal
Occ neck veins get inflamed due to head and neck infections, but you would then be very sick
