Forgive my frankness: If you don&#x27;t want the stuff to burn you again on the way out, you&#x27;re going to have to stop eating it in the first place. Many people have the same experience. Just tell people you prefer your food non-spicy and if they are worth knowing, they&#x27;ll respect your preferences.

How many hours afterwards? Because of the anatomical location of your symptoms, it is fairly unlikely that these events are related, however I would recommend to try and gather more detailed symptom information (i.e. how many hours from when you eat, what it feels like, does it happen all the time, could you have aggravated the area another way, etc) to discuss further about what it could be

Salt more likely: Than spices. It is likely the high amount of salt in the food and attendant water retention that may be causing the aches. You may try by preparing spicy food without the salt to check out this potential explanation. Keep in mind that commercial spice preparations may have added salt.

minimal blood with stool (especially after hard stool) could happen. unless it happens more frequently there is no need to worry about it
