Because of the anatomical location of your symptoms, it is fairly unlikely that these events are related, however I would recommend to try and gather more detailed symptom information (i.e. how many hours from when you eat, what it feels like, does it happen all the time, could you have aggravated the area another way, etc) to discuss further about what it could be
