Toe   Pus. ???: Did you injure the toe and a wound developed .....what color is the discharge .....treat the wound soap and water cleansing dry area apply topical antibiotic cover wound with a sterile dressing or band aide see your doctor you may need oral antibiotic

See doctor: It would be prudent to see your doctor for an examination and may be tests for sexually transmitted infections. If you do not have a doctor, consult the local chapter of planned parenthood.
If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Vaginal infection: The main cause of vulvar itching is candida (yeast) infection. However, yeast dosn't cause strong odor; fishiy odor usually is due to bacterial vaginosis. STDs like gonorrhea or chlamydia could also cause these symptoms. You'll need to see a doctor for vaginal exam and testing; this isn't something you can diagnose or treat on your own. Good luck.

Possible infection: and swelling may also be related to trauma.  Can try a cold compress (no more than 20 min at a time) to reduce swelling, but recommend seeing your doctor to rule out infection.  Milky discharge may be related to yeast or normal discharge.  Recommend refraining from foreplay/intercourse till your symptoms resolve.

Needs tested: Herpes could be the case. But, gonorrhea and chlamydia and even syphilis could be the cause. A combination of sexually transmitted diseases occasionally exists. The most important thing is that if you get tested ang diagnosed you can easily be treated. Get tested please.
