Get an xray: You're still having pain from an injury sustained 2-3mo ago? It's time to see your Family Doc who can order an xray. If negative, s/he may order bone scan then MRI. Or just send you to Sports Med doc or Orthopedic surgeon. In meantime, ask for physical therapy &amp; avoid those activities that aggravate area.

i got electrocuted by 220 volt, entering the right hand and exited the left hand. about 3 weeks later my right hand and wrist became chronically swollen along the tendon and ligaments. i have been diagnosed with ra. could they be connected?

Tennis elbow: Swelling and tenderness on the outside of the elbow is consistent with tennis elbow (lateral epicondylitis).  This is commonly due to overuse.  Treating it as an injury (rest, ice, compress, elevate) should provide some relief.  If that does not help medical evaluation is necessary.

will surgery help my 4th toe tear in ligament/tendons? dpm says healed as much as possible from toe trauma. only surgery to repair but i won't feel any better afterward. pain top toe. under toe feels swollen but is not. options? none given to me?

Feel them: Place your finger tips into the arm pit the area closer to the chest than the hand. Deep palpation with a little pressure the nodes will feel like a soft pea if they are swollen. Sometines they are hard. If you do feel nodes have your doctor check as well
