i have a visible swollen adams apple, and the throat feels like its moved to the  right side.

when i eat after sometime the food comes back up and if feels like the water goes to the left side of the stomach. keep on burping. small pain?

Exam advised: Have a throat examination by your physician or an otolarygologist. You may have a diverticulum at the base of your throat or you may need treatment for reflux.

Yes: Although you sound and feel fine, swelling in that area shouldn't be taken lightly, make sure it isn't a side effect of a drug that you are on, or can be an allergic reaction too, airway can get compromised, good luck

Worrisome: Could be angioedema, uvulitis or a mass that you can't see. It needs to be evaluated by someone who can put a scope inside and look into your throat (ent). If they find nothing visible, next step is to request a ct scan of the soft tissue of the neck. If both are negative see an allergist for traditional treatment of possible angioedema.

Could be: Your neck can become tender during an upper respiratory infection.  However, if the swelling is not going away or if you have trouble breathing or choking, you should see your doctor right away for an examination.  It could be something more serious, especially if it isn't going away.

Lump on larynx: It may be a lymph node but  it should still be  checked out. Do you have  a lot of allergies?  sore throat ? May also be  related to thyroid gland so would f/u/ w/ doc
