Fat necrosis: It is much more likely related to trauma to the fat tissue than bone. This takes 2-3 months to resolve. If you are concerned about the bone seek out an XR. All the best.

i start to use victoza 0.6ml for obesity management. on second day i feel very minor swelling under one eye and same side cheek (hardly visible) (could be my thought). no other side effets. i want to ask from experts can i continue taking victoza?

: Swelling of any part of face seems like an allergic reaction.I will suggest you either consult your Doctor who prescribed Victoza or stop taking Victoza.It can lead to more serious reaction.Victoza is used for type2 Diabetese and also for weight loss by some.

went to walmart baptist express clinic for bump in eye and swollen under eye almost to cheek she said a sty are they a good place a pretty accurate or could i have two things causing swelling panic mode ?

Eye swelling : Could be sty- whihc is an infection- that has extended. If it is swollen under the eye as well would go to ER as you may need IV antibiotics - or at least one dose- and oral antibiotics as well.  Eye infections are taken seriously.  With swollen under eye go to ER today.

Temperal Arteritis: Hello, you should be evaluated by a doctor ASAP (ER or Urgent Care now!). The worse case scenario would be an inflammation of a large artery in the area you describe and the need for immediate treatment with steroid pills.  You would need  follow up with an ENT doctor to be further evaluated. They might even biopsy the blood vessel.  You could also have some other infection worth treating.

Allergies?: Lower eyelids and cheek swelling is a problem for many people.  One of the most common causes is eye allergies.  If you know you have allergies or if your eyes itch you probably have eye allergies.  There are some very good over the counter drops, like Patanol (olopatadine) that work well to reduce swelling.

It is also helpful to watch your salt intake.

Need evalauation: What your describing needs further evaluation. It sounds like a possible preseptal cellulitis which may be related to a stye or other bacterial infections. Sometimes it can be seen with sinus or dental issues. It definitely requires fiurther evaluation.

No: Pink eye is a condition of the covering of the eye.  You may have redness of the eye and colorful drainage.  Perhaps eve some swelling of the eyelid but it does not extend down the cheek.

: You can be numb where the board hit the cheek area for quite some time from the impact on the nerves in the skin that give you sensation. Think a couple months. It can also be sore for more than a couple weeks due to bone bruise (or even a slight undiagnosed fracture if you have not had it x-rayed) and deep muscle, tendon and ligament pain of the face tissues which are also bruised.

Swelling : It's difficult to answer this question without seeing your son. It can be an allergy or infection. See a doctor

i got hit with a 2x4 in may, that caused me to have a lot of pain on my right side cheek area black eye and swelling. my question is why do i still have pain on my cheek area? i didnt go get an x ray due to no way to the doctors?

: This could be from a bruise to the bone or muscle, which could still heal over more time,  or a fracture that did not heal properly, but it would be best to see a doctor at this point; that is really the only way to know for sure what is going on.
