Allergies?: Lower eyelids and cheek swelling is a problem for many people. One of the most common causes is eye allergies. If you know you have allergies or if your eyes itch you probably have eye allergies. There are some very good over the counter drops, like Patanol (olopatadine) that work well to reduce swelling. It is also helpful to watch your salt intake.
