hey im 22 and my left testicle is hurting and when i touch it it's tender but there's no swelling and it hurts when it bangs on my leg?

Please see a doctor.: There are several possible causes for this and you need to be seen to be properly diagnosed. If you injured it, it may just be a bruise, but if not, it could be a twisted testicle, which is an emergent issue. So, don't delay; please call your doctor for an appointment or go to the emergency room to be checked.

i have an inguinal hernia on the left side of my body and my left testicle swells when i stand for 10 minutes plus. to make it go back to normal i have to lie in my back with my legs and push it back. what has this swelling got to do with the hernia?

: Two factors here: you maybe obstructing blood flow causing swelling and/or fluid from your abdomen May be going into your scrotum.

You need to see a surgeon.

i have right leg (thigh) swelling and a hip mass they said it was bursitis but it doesnt hurt.hip only hurts when i open my legs,my vagina is swollen today that i cant put a tampon in it. do you think these two are related beingso close toeachother?

: The 'they' are not correct. Pl see a doc/ orthopod who will examine you and do appropriate tests and treat you. now If not possible go to an ER. Good luck

late monday evening i crossed my leg aggressively and hurt my right testicle. started getting pain in my right testicle and thigh. some numbness/burning. no swelling or pain when i urinate. is this a groin pull/strain?

: It is a mild contusion of the testicle. Wear a good scrtal support, use local heat and OTC ibuprofen and you will be fine in a few days. Good luck

2019 knee xray showed a white mass and osteoarth being woken by sharp pain/swelling. what could a white mass in knee be? not wanting diag just ideas.

Knee pain: The white mass could be anything, especially with arthritis. Most commonly they may be osteophytes, subchondral cyst, cartilage or bony loose body, or calcium deposition. Less commonly they could be something rare such as tumor, heterotopic ossification, etc. It is hard to know exactly what it is without looking, but may be a good idea to have it checked out by a doctor and consider other imaging.

28 yrs. swelling/pain in back of right testicle as of 30 days ago. noticed while weight lifting. uncomfortable while sitting and in right thigh. symptoms have eased but still noticeable. no complications while erect. no meds taken. no hernia bulge. ?

: Is there actual swelling or a lump behind the right testicle? A strained ligament from weight lifting could account for your discomfort. A hernia bulge would show up in the groin. I can't think of any causes of swelling behind a testicle.  It's best to have a physician or urologist to examine &amp; advise you.

See orthopedics : Because of your past history of giant cell tumor it is important to find out why the knee is swollen. It is normal for muscles around a joint to become weak and lose mass if the joint is painful or has loss of function. You should see an orthopedics surgeon soon.

Phlebitis & others: Pain and inflammation of the leg veins is called phlebitis. When this occurs it can be painful to the touch. The worrisome condition for which you need to get checked is a blood clot (deep venous thrombosis, dvt).  This can be checked with a duplex ultrasound of your leg veins to make sure there is flow that is not blocked by a clot in your vein. There are many reasons for swelling so get checked!
