Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. What you described is suggestive of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome rather than a problem in the neck.

fell on elbow, diagnosis w bursitus after x-ray. no swelling improvement after 3 days w ice/motrin. some hand numbness and limited fx. normal?

Elbow bursitis: After trauma may take some time to resolve. In the absence of infection, patience is needed. A gentle compressive sleeve or elvow pad may help comress the tissues and avoid repeat trauma but just as long as the skin  does not irritated and the elbow does not get stiff. Ice and nsaids work well. For chronic issues an injection with cortisine or for very refractory cases a sclerosing agent may help.

i fell on elbow and was diagnosed with bursitis after an x-ray. there is no swelling and there is improvement after 3 days with motrin/ice. i also have hand numbness and limited functionality. is it normal?

Could be: A trauma bad enough to cause bursal swelling could also be putting some pressure on the ulnar nerve on the inside of the elbow.  This could cause some numbness in the ring and small finger of the hand.  Keep up with the Motrin and ice.  If numbness does not go away in a few weeks, get it checked out.

Inflamation/hematoma: Could be soft tissue damage or hematoma causing swelling and compression of nerves.

Sounds like: Damage to ulnar nerve at the elbow.  You should see an orthopedic surgeon or a neurologist to get definite answer.

Doubt pregnancy: Could be carpel tunnel. That usually has a  repitive motion  history.  Numbness usually. Means a nerve that has pressure on it.  Different nerves got to various parts of the hand.  Pressure at the elbow or wrist can caused hand numbness.  I have not seen  that associated. With pregnancy.

No: Usually in pregnancy both hands swell and not just one side. Talk to your OB MD about this problem, and he/she may search for a cause.

Several things: Exercise helps maintain muscle tone which can help with swollen feet.  Avoid excess salt intake.  You can wear stockings.  Swimming is one of the best ways to deal with swelling.

See your OB: Swelling of feet and hands can be normal or a sign of preeclampsia or eclampsia, please see your OB to check your urine for the presence of protein and to check and monitor your blood pressure.

Pregnant now?: If you aren't pregnant, just note if the swelling is gone in the morning but recurs by afternoon/evening, especially if you are on your feet all day.  Also, check your blood pressure frequently.  If still a problem after a few days, see your doctor.
Same applies if pregnant, just make sure you get to your doctor soon, and check blood pressure twice daily.  If &gt;140/90, see your doctor immediately.
