Oral surgeon: For facial pain' did you contact an oral/maxillofacial surgeon for an evaluation  in addition to a neurologist? An academic setting might be beneficial where there are multiple modalities available to confer.

had total colorectal removal 10 yrs ago.
last 9 months been anaemic with pain left side of abdomen which goes through my hip and lower back, front leg?

Left hip/ leg pain: Follow up with doctor this week. Would consider CT of abdomen/pelvis to ensure no cancer, check renal function as that can cause anemia as well. Did you have inflammatory bowel because if that recurrs in small intestine or ileum can cause  anemia( though usuallyright side). Also consider hip films to check for arthritis.

for several weeks i have lower back pain, left side, right above buttocks.  but only there (no pain in legs).  and the pain comes & goes.  sciatica?

Lumbar strain: due to overuse or injury of the muscles of the lower back. Sciatica is usually one sided sharp, knife-like pain radiating from the buttock straight down the front or back of one or both legs. I suggest an examination and imaging.

Depends: If you are a reproductively healthy girl who is sexually active without birth control, you can be pregnant. That said, you can still have some variations in your periods. 
A home pregnancy test can bring some reassurance.

i have horrible ovulation pain every month almost every day before having a period after and i have horrible period cramps. to the point i can't walk and feel extremely nauseas and i have horrible leg cramp due to it i have stabbing pain.left side?

: Severe menstrual pain is a medical condition and needs to be addressed by your regular Dr. There are a variety of causes, the most concerning is endometriosis. There are medications that can help and different methods of addressing this pain. Talk first to your parents/guardians, then to your primary care Dr for a full evaluation.

Low CO2: With a CO2 of 15, you have an acidosis (A). You need to go to call the physician (P) who ordered the blood test you are referring to to see what type of A you have. Your glucose of 207 is abnormal and it appears that you have diabetes.  Your elevated WBC may indicate an infection. If you cannot speak to the P, or feel ill,  go to the ER and have it checked out to see if it needs to be treated.

Your doc will need to know how old you are, other illnesses or conditions you have, when you have the pain, what causes it, makes it better etc., you need a visit with a good doctor, not 400 characters or less.

Extreme sounds bad: Extreme symptoms means it's extremely important to see a doctor. A person with left chest pain must see the doctor right away to find out why. He should be going to the ER. If it turns out to be a heart problem or heart attack, a collapsed lung, a pneumonia, a blood clot in the lung, bad heartburn, costochondritis (inflammation of the rib joints), etc..., he will be in the right place at the ER.

H. flu: Was the h. Flu infection a pneumonia?  Sometimes, even after its properly treated, the symptoms of pneumonia can last for weeks to months - it's residual inflammation and fluid.  For lingering pain and discomfort, we use anti-inflammatories and other pain meds.  If you're having worsening symptoms, new fevers or you haven't been treated yet, please see your doc!  hope this helps.
