It depends: Houston is hot and humid so sweating is common. If your weight is high, it makes you work harder to carry yourself around. That can be one cause.If your weight is normal, then you should get your thyroid functions tested as over active thyroid gland(hormone production) can cause you to feel unusually hot and sweat.

: Many causes possible such as, anxiety disorder, autoimmune disorder, damage to autonomic nerves, drug addiction, HIV, alcohol disorder, and manty more. Also if you just worked out ,took a hot shower or had a hot drink. All these situations should be examined by a doctor.

Scars?: I don't see how you can get scarring from sweat and heat. A rash perhaps, but scarring, no.
