i have an armpit rash that won't go away. i stopped using roll-ons and sprays, tried prescribed and offthecounter creams, sensitive products but it won't go away. i suspect im allergic to sweat because i also have itchiness and rashes in pubic area.

Under arm rash : It is hard to say what the rash is without looking at it in person. It could be anything from a fungal rash to something more concerning such as hidradenitis suppurativa. Both of which require totally different treatments. Since you have not had any luck taking care of this yourself it’s time to seek a professional opinion from your PCP. Good luck with curing this rash.

Awhile: Fungal rashes grow slow and clear slowly.  Therefore it could take a few days to a week to work.

i had sweat rash last week. under my belly (am over weight)

i put cream on it (diaper rash cream/sudacream) it helped..

but the rash has turned brown is the normal? it was very hot weather so it definitely was from heat, and sweating..
but is it ok

Can be normal: It is hard to tell for sure without seeing it (you might need to consider a video consult or in person visit) BUT when the skin is inflamed with a rash there is frequently a period of increased pigmentation/dark color called “post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation “ which May gradually fade (1% hydrocortisone can possibly help).  If it becomes itchy/painful may need Dr eval. Weight loss will help

45 male with tenderness in both arm pits/groin for approx 1 month.  rash x 2 months being tx with steroid cream. no fever or night sweats. thoughts?

See derm: If you have pustules at the armpits and groin, it may be from infection of the glands. Antiperspirant and/or low-dose antibiotic may be helpful but steroid cream may make it worse.

Possibly: You're probably not "allergic" to your own sweat, but there is a type of rash (cholinergic urticaria) that is notorious for being triggered by a hot shower or exercise.

Maybe: You can sweat enough to get dry patches (from losing skin oils) on the shaft of the penis.  Usually if you are sweating a lot your rash would be at the base of the penis, where it joins your body and on the scrotum.  It would usually itch, get red and peel.

Triple paste: Treiple paste is absorbent and will act as a barrier to protect skin from urine and feces. Clean with mild soapy water and then regularly apply triple paste to protect area.

Depends: One has to know what the diagnosis is. If it's an allergic reaction to clothing(contact dermatitis) a cortisone type cream would help. If it's a fungus infection an antifungal cream is indicated. If it's a bacterial infection(cellulitis) an antibacterial cream like bacitracin is needed. See your physician or dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment if your rash persists.

Take  antihistamine.: Sweating can cause an allergic reaction in some people and they can get rash. If you get the rest every time you sweat then take an antihistamine before you start any activity that causes sweating. Benadryl (diphenhydramine)  works faster and works for about 6 hours but causes drowsiness. Claritin or Allegra does not cause drowsiness. They work for 24 hours but you need to give them about 2 hours to start working.

Skincare: It sounds asic you need good advice on a skin care regimen which may combine a gentle cleanser regular exfoliation to eliminate "dry layers" of skin, and a non-comedogenic oil free moisturizer that allows your skin to breathe. Discuss with a medical aesthetician or dermatologist.
