I always get rashes everytime i sweat, i want to know why and what are the treatments?

Take antihistamine.: Sweating can cause an allergic reaction in some people and they can get rash. If you get the rest every time you sweat then take an antihistamine before you start any activity that causes sweating. Benadryl (diphenhydramine) works faster and works for about 6 hours but causes drowsiness. Claritin or Allegra does not cause drowsiness. They work for 24 hours but you need to give them about 2 hours to start working.
