i weigh 283 i notice i have heat bumps a lot were a sweat between my  thighs under my arm  even my breast my vagina and some even get big  try everythng but nothing helps i'm hairy  on vagina.help?

Possible heat rash: This could be something called miliaria rubra, or heat rash. Typically occurs when the ducts that drain sweat onto your skin become clogged. It typically gets better when you cool off. Seeing a dermatologist would help you determine exactly what this could be.

Many possibilities: Hives localized to the inner thighs may be due to multiple causes. The area is warm and one thigh can rub against the other. It can be due to cloth or chemicals in pants, just to give a few examples. Wear non-tight pants; when itchy, apply Sarna with pramoxime. Otherwise, keep dry with cornstarch or talc. Take an antihistamine such as fexofenadine or cetirizine. No help - see your physician.

Possible: Two painless skin colored bumps could be genital warts but they also could be benign moles/nevi, skin tags, or be caused by a pox virus. You need an exam to know for sure. IF THEY ARE MOLLUSCUM CONTAGIOSUM, THEY REQUIRE SPECIAL ATTENTION. 
THEY CAN BE FROZEN OFF OR THERE ARE MEDICATIONS THAT CAN BE PRESCRIBED FOR THEM.

use anti-bacterial cleanser and wear looser underwear.
