at the minute i'm suffering from tonsil stones , dizziness, tiredness change of voice. is this dangerous? my tonsil stones are all on the same side...

Tonsil stones/dizzy: In and of itself not dangerous but are from recurrent infections and may be nidas for infection. Would seek medical attention today may have strep and need antibiotics , also f/u with ENT may wish to remove tonsils.

should i see the doctor i've had an ulcer on my tonsil its hurting so much i haven't eaten in a few days also drowsy and dizzy feel i might collapse.

Yes.: Yes, it sounds like it is time to see a doctor again. If your doctor's office is closed, try and urgent care walk in center. Make yourself drink some broth or other fluids first and best if someone else can drive you there.

Dizziness: Extreme dizziness can be from many causes including severe infection, dehydration, increased pressure in the middle ear space, inner ear inflammation (labrynthitis), cardiac disease, stroke or TIA. An urgent care for formalized testing and in person neurological exam is likely required. Please get help.

i have a sore throat neck pain when looking down & up, inflamed tonsils, small red lumps far back on my tongue, dizziness, fatigue, could you please help?

No way: To tell you the cause, but viral upper respiratory infections are much more frequent than bacterial. So if i were to guess i would guess a self limited viral pharyngitis and recommend either tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen or Naproxen for pain control, rest, fluids, and some patience.

my throat is hoarse and my left carotid artery hurts and is pounding and i feel like i can't swallow i'm weak dizzy. could this be tonsils or serious?

Carotids don't hurt: Well, they probably do....but we don't believe people can know or identify pain in their neck as coming from their carotid artery as opposed to anything else in there.  So, if you're having these symptoms you need to get some throat cultures taken, some bloodwork done, &amp; see a doctor about the pounding in your LEFT NECK...sooner rather than later. In other words get seen tomorrow if you can.

Infection: Tonsillitis is just one of the many infections that you may have, as well as strep, Thrush, mononucleosis, and so many other possibilities.  Please call your General Physician or an ENT for an examination, and appropriate treatment.

Possible aura: Based on the info provided you could be experiencing an aura to a seizure as the weird taste is a strong historical feature.  Patients have described the taste like blood, garbage... Essentially unpleasant but short lasting.

As : As your symptoms have persisted for several weeks, you need to be seen and medically evaluated.  Two weeks of headache and dizziness with a feeling of burning in your mouth are concerning.  Please make an appointment to be seen by your doctor.  If you developed worsening headache, fever, vomiting, or weakness then you would need to be seen in the er.  Also, it is rare, but please be sure the carbon monoxide readings in your house are normal.  The fire department (call the nonemergency number) will do it for free.  Carbon monoxide can cause headaches and dizziness.
