Tatagra?: I was unable to figure out what drug "tatagra" is when I looked in www.drugs.com which includes most medications available worldwide. I believe you refer to "tadalafil" which is used to treat erectile dysfunction (http://www.drugs.com/tadalafil.html). Regardless, most pharmacies in the States label oral drugs as expiring after 1 year, presumably under cool dry conditions.

Bed bugs?: Yes. Here are some tell tale signs that your hotel room could be infested w bedbugs. First you may notice blood smears on bedding. Blood smears usually turn black over time. Second you may see amber colored “shells” which occurs when the bed bug sheds it's exoskeleton.  A third sign of infestation is bug feces on  sheets (brown- black dots). The fourth sign can occur with a heavy infestation – &gt;.

PICA: Consumption of detergent powders can cause kidney damage and ultimately cause the kidneys to fail. Dryer sheets are less problematic, other than bowel obstruction, since the wax on them is non toxic. See a therapist that can help with tools to combat what is called PICA (obsessive consumption of non edible substances)

Limited options: Stria or stretch marks are linear streaks which occur when the skin is stretched too quickly.  The outer layer of the skin remains intact, the middle layer of the skin is pulled apart with strands of bridging collagen.  The early appearance of stria is pink/purple.  The coloration fades with time, but the thin cracks in the skin remain.  V-beam laser is effective to help fade the pink coloration.

Expiration date: Virtually all food/medicine products sold in us have an expiration date before which it is guaranteed most effectiveness for what the medicine can do. This only means as time pass, the medicine slowly deteriorates and thus becomes less and less effective. For example: if the med is to expire 12/31/12, it should still be good 1/1/13, but may not be in 9/1/15 etc.. Consult doc. Good luck.
